ESSCA May 2021 Meeting

Please join us for our next ESSCA meeting on Monday, May 17 from 7-8:30pm. Registration is required in advance.

This is an important meeting and we urge all members to attend. We'll be discussing additional amendments to the ESSCA Constitution and By-Laws and we'd like to hear from you.

The following provisions of our Constitution/By-Laws will be discussed:

- The membership length requirement for holding office

- Mandatory dues

- The Association's name

After discussion of each section, the floor will be opened for motions. If a motion to amend the Constitution and By-Laws is made, seconded, and approved by a majority of attendees through "show of hands" (using Zoom's raise hand feature), the proposed amendment will be referred to the ESSCA Executive Committee, who will write up the amendment text, which will be publicized and a binding vote held at our September meeting.

We'll also announce the winners of our newsletter banner contest, and the results of the 2021 ESSCA election (voting is happening now through 7pm on May 17. Please see our blog for voting procedures).
